What this notice covers

This notice applies to the public Vector website at vectorkitchenapp.com, including the Book a demo form. If you become a Vector customer, a separate customer agreement and in-product notices may also apply to information handled through the Vector platform.

02

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your store or company name and number of locations
  • Any message you include about what you want to improve

Our hosting, security, and delivery systems may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and security or diagnostic logs. The current marketing site does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor profiles.

03

How we use information

We use the information we receive to respond to demo requests, communicate with you, understand interest in Vector, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse, and protect the security and reliability of our services.

Our approach

Collect what is useful, keep it only as long as it is reasonably needed, and avoid turning a simple demo request into an advertising profile.

04

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, secure it, and deliver form submissions. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Vector does not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use demo-request information for targeted advertising.

05

Retention and security

We keep information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including follow-up, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.

06

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask questions about how it is handled. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

07

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Vector and its website evolve. When we make changes, we will post the revised notice here and update the effective date above.
