Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using vectorkitchenapp.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to the public marketing website; use of the Vector platform by customers may be governed by a separate customer agreement.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Vector and request a demo. When you submit a demo request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that Vector may contact you in response.
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape the site at an unreasonable rate, or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Product information
Website descriptions, illustrations, sample reports, example prices, and interface previews explain Vector’s intended capabilities. Features may change as the product evolves. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific feature, integration, result, or performance level will be available unless it is included in a written customer agreement.
Store and operator responsibility
Vector is designed to support operating decisions; it does not replace trained personnel, management judgment, food-safety procedures, equipment instructions, or legal and regulatory requirements. Store operators remain responsible for safe food handling, staffing, pricing, promotions, task verification, and decisions made using information displayed by the product.
Vector helps make the next action clearer. The person operating the store remains responsible for confirming that action is safe, accurate, and appropriate.
Ownership
The website and its design, text, graphics, product names, and other content are owned by Vector or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation, but may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to services operated by others. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Vector is not responsible for third-party sites or services that it does not control.
Disclaimers and limits
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vector disclaims implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Vector will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update the website and these terms. Revised terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
